On the second day, Conference broke into a range of concurrent sessions, with many focusing on elements of the QTU's new member wellbeing strategy, which was launched at this year's event.

"What's the Union doing about Workload?"and "Knowledge is Power" both took members through the resources that are available to alleviate workload demands and informed the future direction of the strategy.

"Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) is Union business" informed development of strategy to support members experiencing DFV or working with students and adults who are victims.

"Education Leaders Strategy" helped shape and inform a new principal support and involvement strategy.

"Occupational Violence" focused on the strategies and resources available to members who experience violence at work.

Other sessions examined HAT and LT, the review of classified positions, and getting the most from the TAFE agreement and award.
